NCR Consulting Founder, Dr. Nyk Robertson, is an accomplished higher education leader, scholar, and consultant specializing in DEI strategy, LGBTQ+ inclusion, intersectional pedagogy, and student and employee well-being.

With more than 15 years of experience across higher education, nonprofits, and community-based work, Dr. Robertson partners with institutions and organizations to transform systems, develop inclusive practices, and lead with purpose.

Their work blends education, activism, and dialogue—supporting change at every level, from executive leadership and institutional policy to classroom pedagogy and student-centered learning.
